How do I convert my points?

Visit the Reward page to convert your points. You will be able to see your reward point balance and what you can exchange them for (if applicable) so simply click the reward you want to get.

Where can I see how many points I have already converted?

Previous conversions can be found via your Reward History. Alternatively, contact us and we will be able to advise you on this.

Are all my points redeemable?

Only your "Current Balance" can be converted. Reward points earned and already converted will appear in the Reward History section. However, they cannot be converted again.

Do my points expire?

Yes – if you do not place a real money bet on the Casino for 90 days your Current Balance will be reset to zero.

Bonus crediting?

You can have only one active bonus at a time. Your balance will be updated with your new bonus once you have wagered any currently active bonus. To see all your pending bonuses, check Reward History

Other Terms:

Only your current balance can be converted into points.
If you do not place a real money bet on a casino game Within 90 days your current balance will reset to zero;
Bonuses and free spins that are not used will expire after 30 days:
You can only have one active bonus or free spin at a time;
You can only convert each loyalty points bonus once per day.;
We reserve the right to withhold any bonuses or free spins in cases of abuse or fraud;
If we experience any technical issues, any points, free spins and bonuses will be credited to customers as soon as possible. We reserve the right to correct points or errors that occur due to computer (or human) error, machine malfunction, operator error, or from any fraud or misuse of any Rewards.
Points cannot be converted into cash
All winnings earned from the bonuses/free spins will be subject to 40x wagering requirements of the bonus amount before the bonus can be converted into cash. There is a 4x conversion limit that applies
